Enrollment for the 2025 Summer Program 

is OPEN for current and alumni families.

• We will start the summer of 2025 at Sandy Knoll Elementary School and end at Graveraet Elementary School.  (We will be at Sandy Knoll from June 16 through July 25. We will be at Graveraet from July 28 through August 15)  

• The program will begin on Monday, June 16, 2025 and end on Friday, August 15, 2025. 

• Group sizes and program size will be limited.

• Program hours will be 6:45 am - 5:30 pm Please note this is different from our school year hours. 

• We do not serve breakfast or lunch. We will provide a morning and afternoon snack. Children must bring their own lunch. (We do not have access to a microwave, but can provide hot water when children are on site-- just not on field trip days.)

• Children must bring good walking shoes, a backpack, and a water bottle daily. 

• Current/Alumni clients in good standing with a consistent schedule will be guaranteed enrollment and schedules if they register by April 8. Variable schedules will be accommodated as long as there is space available. (It has been rare that we have not been able to make all schedules work, but if everyone needs the same day and we reach our capacity, we will have to deny additional schedules). 

• Siblings of currently enrolled children can be added to your account by emailing us their name and date of birth. 

• Just like during the school year, you will pay for what you schedule. Schedules are due every Wednesday (for the following week of care) and payments are due every Friday.  Care is only guaranteed once scheduled and paid for.  (NEW-Families with consistent schedules can contract for that schedule and will not have to input the schedule weekly. You will have this option during registration). 

• Enrollment will be open for our current and former clients first. If we have space remaining, we will open enrollment to the general public. 

• NEW THIS YEAR!  Our program will be providing sunscreen. Families will have the opportunity to opt out of our group sunscreen and bring their own if they so choose. 

2025 Field Trip Schedule

Each group has a weekly field trip planned. Groups are based on the grade your child is currently in/completing this school year. 

FIRE GROUP  (Grades Junior Kindergarten - First Grade)    *   Thursday Field Trips

WIND GROUP  (Grades Kindergarten - Second Grade)    *   Tuesday Field Trips

WATER GROUP   (Second Grade - Fourth Grade)    *   Monday Field Trips

EARTH GROUP  (Third Grade - Fifth Grade)    *    Wednesday Field Trips

ETHER GROUP (Summer Enrichment Participants/Half Day Group)    *    Wednesday Field Trips

Field trip schedules may be changed due to weather or staffing when necessary. 

FRIDAYS are reserved for onsite FUN DAYS!  Dress Up Days and Special Activities are planned.
