current Rates and Fees 

Before & After School Program  rates as of August 3/2024

Single Session $12/session

Prescheduled Single Session Less than 1 hour $10/session          (This is a drop off after 8 am or a pick prior to 4:45 pm) 

BEGINNING FALL 2025, WE WILL NO LONGER OFF A LESS THAN AN HOUR RATE. ALL PRESCHEDULED SESSIONS WILL BE BILLED AT THE SINGLE SESSION RATE. 

Half Days $25/session (drop in $30/half day session)

Drop in Care Single Session $14/session

Summer Program 2025

Full Days $45/day

Half Days (6:45- Noon or Noon to 5:30) $30/session

Drop in Care $50/day or $35/half day

Annual Enrollment Fee $20/family. (This will increase to $30 on October 1, 2024). 

Late Pick Up Fee $10 plus $1/minute. 

(According to our time card clock). For those of you receiving child care assistance, this late pick up fee and extra time is not covered by MDHHS. Repeated violations of our pick up policy may result in termination from the program 

Credit Card Payment Surcharge/Processing Fee 3%
